1. Registration

How can I register with Bonviva and how do I become a member of the Bonviva Rewards Shop?
As soon as you have opened a Bonviva package (Silver, Gold, Platinum), you automatically become a member of the Bonviva Rewards Shop. In order to access the Rewards Shop and view your current point balance, you will need access to our Online Banking service. Further information regarding the Bonviva packages can be found at "Bonviva is Rewarding". If you have not yet been granted access to Online Banking, you can apply for it as a Bonviva client now free of charge.

2. My User Data

How do I log in to the Rewards Shop to order exclusive rewards right away?
You can register directly at www.credit-suisse.com/rewards. Click on Login in the box on the right and register using your Online Banking security elements (user identification, password, SMS code). Please make sure that your browser confirms the security certificate with "Credit Suisse Group AG (CH)" and that the address bar starts with "https://rewards.credit-suisse.com". Further general information about security aspects can be found in "Guide to Safe eBanking".

Important note: If the system shuts down, the display screen suddenly goes white, or an unusual error message appears, terminate the internet connection immediately and contact our Online Banking Hotline directly at 0844 800 888. Only use your Online Banking security elements on the official Online Banking or Bonviva Rewards Shop login page.

How can I change my password?
You can only change your password via your Online Banking profile. Log in at www.credit-suisse.com/onlinebanking and click on "My Profile" at the top of the page before selecting "Change Password" from the navigation links. If you have forgotten your contract number and/or password, or your access has been blocked (due to the entry of an incorrect password three times), please contact our Online Banking Hotline at 0844 800 888.

How can I change my mobile phone number for logging in via the SMS security procedure?
For security reasons, Online Banking users may only change the number saved in the database themselves and can only do so by calling the Online Banking Hotline at 0844 800 888. The hotline employee will request verification of the caller's identity and will then set up new registration details.

How can I change my delivery address?
You have the option of saving an additional delivery address in your Bonviva profile, for example if you want to have rewards delivered to your office. The delivery address displayed corresponds to your home address and, for security reasons, can only be changed in writing using the contact form, by calling the Bonviva hotline directly at 0844 000 880, or by visiting your nearest Credit Suisse branch.

How can I subscribe to the Bonviva newsletter ?
Go to www.credit-suisse.com/rewards and click the Login button on the right-hand side of the page to log in using your Online Banking security elements (user ID, password, SMS code). After you log in, click on the "My Bonviva" section, where you can change your Bonviva Rewards settings according to your personal needs. Under "Email" check the box next to "Bonviva newsletter" – and soon you'll be learning about what's new with Bonviva on a regular basis.

How do I unsubscribe from the Bonviva newsletter ?
Go to www.credit-suisse.com/rewards and click the Login button on the right-hand side of the page to log in using your Online Banking security elements (user ID, password, SMS code). After you log in, click on the "My Bonviva" section, where you can change your Bonviva Rewards settings according to your personal needs. Under "Email" uncheck the box next to the "Bonviva newsletter" – and you will no longer receive the newsletter in the future.

3. My Points Account / Point Balance

Where can I view my current point balance?
After successfully logging in, your current points status will appear in the box on the right-hand side. Further information and point expiry dates can be accessed at any time at "My Bonviva". Please note that it will take a few days for the points to be credited to your account after using your credit card (Credit Cards, issued by Swisscard AECS GmbH).

How long will my Bonviva points be good?
The points you collect will be good for three years. The expiration date of your points is always shown on your points statement and in your points account. Points that have expired can no longer be used to redeem rewards.

Can I transfer my points to another Bonviva points account?
No. The points you have collected only apply to you and cannot be transferred. Credit notes are not issued, and it is not possible to transfer points to another account. Even if you have several Bonviva packages (e.g. single package and joint account), points cannot be transferred.

Can I transfer my pointup points to my Bonviva points account?
Yes. If you wish to change from the pointup bonus program to the Bonviva Rewards Shop, we will transfer your pointup points to your Bonviva account at an equal conversion rate. Simply call the Bonviva hotline directly at 0844 000 880.
